Through the organization we provide mentorship, role models, and we leverage our knowledge and experience to help shape the future of the growing pool of talented professional, Latina women.
Our members are supported through skill-building programs, networking, and mentoring opportunities, in person and virtual forums. Our distinguished “Conversation with Experts" are monthly programs that feature a variety of expert presenters who address key issues, trends, and topics impacting Latinas in the workplace and at home.

R. Johana Reyes Zeno has extensive experience as an executive leader in both large and small Corporate companies, including the Black Enterprise Publishing Co, General Electric Company as well as PepsiCo.
Johana is currently Director of Sales at Frito Lay where she manages the partnership between Albertson’s and Frito for the seven Albertsons divisions in the eastern half of the country.
Prior to joining Frito, Johana worked for Pepsi Beverages Company as the Market Director for the state of Louisiana. She was the General Manager responsible for all activities related to the sales and distribution of Pepsi in the state. Under Johana’s privy were seven distribution facilities and 450 employees, distributing over 11 million cases a year and managing over $125MM in total Topline Revenue.
Prior to being Market Director for Louisiana, Johana was Director of Grocery Sales for Pepsi Beverages Company in Florida where she set sales strategy and drove execution for all Grocery Channel customers in FL. Johana began her career at Pepsi Beverages Company in August of 2008 as a Regional Sales Director for the Gainesville Florida area.
Before joining Pepsi she fulfilled several Director roles in Sales and Marketing while working for the Black Enterprise Publishing Company in New York. Johana also has an extensive background in Finance, as she is former Internal Auditor for the General Electric Company.
Johana is proud to hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Management from the University of New Orleans and a Master’s of Science in Strategic Communications from Columbia University. She is also a graduate of the ASCENT Mastering Management program at Dartmouth College Tuck School of Business and is an active Personal and Professional Results Coach.
Johana’s lifelong passion has been coaching and mentoring others. She is the owner of her own coaching business Open Eyes Coaching. Johana is a certified Strategic Interventionist and a graduate of the Robbins Madanes Coach training. She has completed Anthony Robbins Mastery University and Leadership University, and is well studied in neuro linguistic programming techniques. Currently, Johana is focused on continuing education training through the Robbins Madanes Coach school in order to better serve others.
Johana and her husband, Micah, reside in New Orleans, LA.
